NetworkSpinal Chiropractic Technique
NetworkSpinal is a gentle chiropractic technique that focuses on helping your body and nervous system find ease. This technique was created and developed by Dr. Donald Epstein. It doesn’t involve forceful adjustments, instead it utilizes gentle contacts in specific places, at specific depths and in specific ways to awaken the nervous system and encourage reorganizational healing.
While under regular care, you can expect your body to learn new strategies to support your nervous system in times of physical, mental or emotional stress. This will encourage ease, adaptation and more coherence in your body.

What does an adjustment look like?
An adjustment, also called an entrainment, is very gentle and for the most part non-invasive.
Typically an adjustment starts with the practice member face down on the table. It can be adapted to be done in a seated position or in the case of a child on a pillow, with a parent or “on the go” in our toy area. There are also pregnancy pillows for our expecting practice members! Dr. Ali will quickly check for tension patterns and reflexes from head to toe. This determines where to look to adjust.
There aren’t any snap, crackles or pops with NetworkSpinal. Contacts are made in very specific places along the neck, spine and tailbone. The depth of the contact varies, but the pressure is no more than the amount you may use to check the ripeness of an avocado.
Entrainments usually take 5-15 minutes depending on the practice members presentation. As practice members evolve through care they may be in different positions on the table, including in a side lying position or laying on their back.
