During your Initial Consultation you will discuss where you've been, where you are at and where you want to get to. Dr. Al will perform a physical exam, a postural exam and a few neurological tests. 

During your follow up Report of Findings appointment, Dr. Al will discuss all of the findings and results from your initial consultation and discuss options of where you can take your care from there! At this appointment you will also experience your First Entrainment, so together we can see how your system will respond to this intricate technique. 

At following sessions, you will have time and space to rest and recharge post entrainment.
