Initial Consultation
To get started at Shifting Tides, you’ll have to schedule your Initial Consultation and follow-up Report of Findings appointment.
Day one you will share a thorough review of your health and wellness history, discuss your current state as well as set goals for where you want to take your health and wellness.
Next, you will perform a physical exam, postural screening and some “fun” neurological tests!
All of this information and more is used to create a care plan just for you.
Report of Findings
At day two all of this information and more will be presented back to you. Like a little presentation about you- for you! At this time you will ask any questions you may have, discuss optimal care plan options, investment opportunities and receive your first adjustment!
The investment for this two-day intake process is $150, which also includes your first adjustment, or entrainment!

At Shifting Tides, Dr. Al creates a care plan specific for you based on your presentation, history, goals and how you respond to care. In the end, your plan for care is a discussion between you and the doctor. Together, you will come up with a plan that works for you to help you get to where you want to be!
